Idiot was caught by the Phoenix cops after stealing candy on Halloween (he apparently didn't get the memo that you can put on a costume and get it for free by asking). He ran, tried to "hide" on a house rooftop (in daylight), and got pepper-sprayed. This was the aftermath when he came down. (animated GIF)
